The new colleague gets directly employed by you. Normally we are following the steps of the process listed but it can be changed according to your needs if necessary.

Diákmunka

A diákmunka bizonyos szempontból tágabb, másfelől szűkebb alkalmazási lehetőségeket magában rejtő alternatívája a munkaerő-kölcsönzésnek. Tágabb abban az értelemben, hogy nem csak a munkaerő használatának átengedését tartalmazza a szolgáltatás, hanem teljes projektek kivitelezése is megoldható (marketing-akciók, terjesztési feladatok), és szűkebb abban az értelemben, hogy csak olyan feladatok oldhatóak meg alkalmazásával, ahol a munkavállaló diákok közvetlen irányítását nem kell szükségszerűen átadni a szolgáltatást igénybe vevő cégnek.
