In what cases and how can I use the service of labour leasing?
During the work of Humania Limited Company we have experienced that it is not always rentable for a company to use its own staff for carrying out the necessary tasks but most of them are yet forced to do so because of the need to meet the requirements of the regulations of the labour law and to secure the necessary quality and quantity of production.
The following list contains some situations when you may consider to employ new staff but involving new members would be a complicated, long-lasting, unnecessary and – at last but not least – costly process. These reasons may be the following:
- There are skilled workers and experts meeting your requirements but the activity to be carried out is only occasional and the employment of new staff would only bring extra costs to your company.
- The technical realisation of labour development, the advertisements, the checking of references, the interview, the process of selection, the managing of fluctuation would cost you too much time and energy at the expense of other useful activities.
- You are not able to replace the missing members of your staff being on holiday or ill by using your own sources.
- At the realization of temporary projects. More precise:
- If you are dealing with the production or selling of seasonal goods and don’t need any permanent employees,
- If you receive a larger amount of goods you have expected and don’t have any workers to carry out the tasks,
- If more of your workers want to go on holiday or for a longer period than usually (e.g.: in summer),
- If you are moving, renovating, managing spatial planning, cleaning or wish to beautify your environment,
- If you are introducing a new administration system or changing it and you don’t have enough staff or the suitable infrastructural background to register or process the data,
- If you don’t have the right place or enough staff to register your questionnaires or raise the inventory.
The following diagram shows a possible situation of labour demand in case of a permanent but temporally inconsistent growth in production. The colour blue stands for the minimal labour demand. The colour dark red represents the part of both the costs and the organisational activities, which is worth to apply the services of our company for.
